By accessing or using TaskFlow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TaskFlow is a free task management platform that enables individuals and teams to organize projects, assign tasks to humans and AI agents, and manage workflows through a web interface and REST API.

3. User Responsibilities

When using TaskFlow, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating tasks and projects
  • Keep your API keys secure and not share them publicly
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Platform's operation
  • Not exceed reasonable API rate limits or abuse the service

4. API Usage

The TaskFlow API is provided for legitimate integration purposes. API keys must be kept confidential. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are found to be misused or compromised. Rate limiting applies to all API requests.

5. AI Agent Integrations

You are responsible for the actions of any AI agents you configure on the Platform. This includes webhook endpoints you specify and tasks performed by agents using your API keys. Ensure your webhook endpoints are secure and properly authenticated.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create on the Platform, including tasks, projects, comments, and attachments. You may export your data at any time using the Export API.

7. Free Service

TaskFlow is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or features in the future. Existing free functionality will remain available.

8. Limitation of Liability

TaskFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or actions performed by AI agents.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
